One Hyde Park show flat
One Hyde Park, London: the second phase is now well underway with the opening of the show flat on the 6th Floor of Pavilion A, having commenced mid April. After a 12 month long pause, the Candy Brothers along with their Qatari partners in Project Grande, the company that owns One Hyde Park, announced that the remaining 43, of the original 86 properties, are back on the market. The show flat of the Candy Brothers' One Hyde Park includes hotel staff on call from the neighbouring Mandarin Oriental, a panic room, sustainable heating/cooling via geothermal boreholes and bullet proof windows. Sunken baths shaped from wood, bulletproof windows, marble worktops, floor-to-ceiling fridges, panic rooms, eye-scanner security systems, self-playing grand pianos, Otoro chandeliers and the Stockinger safes are some of the high grade luxuries fitted in all apartments in One Hyde Park. Interest in One Hyde Park has been consistent since the second phase of sales commenced earlier this year and a significant number of units have since exchanged. £765 million exchanged in the first phase with another £100 million in phase two already. A schedule viewing of a show flat will give the opportunity to a selected few- wealthy individuals and agents- to see up close and personal what a seven figure flat in One Hyde Park has to offer. So far, the Candy Brothers have been very secretive in regards to any information relating to the flats but do confirm that prices start "approximately around £5m".
