A new block of flats in Chelsea is bidding to become the most exclusive address in London. The Glebe is set to overtake One Hyde Park, the development currently thought to be the most expensive place to live in the capital. The development comprises nine residences including six apartments, a two story penthouse with a magnificent rooftop terrace and two detached five story villas, each with its own gatehouse and dedicated parking. The two luxury villas, each with a gatehouse attached, are expected to fetch up to £35 million.

The Glebe is a private compound built in posh Chelsea - a short distance from the famous Kings Road and the River Thames. The apartments consist of an extensive master suite, four bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a drawing room, study and dining room. Adding to the extravagance, the villas contain seven bedrooms plus a master suite, a cinema, laundry room, sauna and therapy room. Each resident of the Glebe will have their own swimming pool, private gardens, games room and even a private lift. The site will be designed by Norman Foster's firm - planning permission has already been secured.
