The Baglioni Marrakech Residences

The Baglioni Marrakech is a boutique mixed-use resort situated in the outskirts of Morocco’s most sought after tourism destination. The resort comprises of a 72 suite Baglioni Hotel, a Six Senses Spa, a signature gourmet restaurant and 15 luxury villa residences designed by Jade Jagger for YOO.

Working with residential brand YOO, Jade Jagger and her partner Tom Bartlett have designed 15 palatial four and five bedroom Residences comprising 675 to 850 m each, mixing rustic and traditional Marrakech with modern and contemporary living. Each Residence is designed so that every bedroom can be individually rented back as a hotel key through a rental programme serviced and managed by Baglioni Hotels, whereby flexibility of use provides for increased occupancy rates and revenues for owners. Residence owners have access to an abundance of services and facilities provided by Baglioni Hotels, including 24hr butler service; in-house cooking; valet parking; private chauffeurs; concierge service including travel arrangements; conference and meeting facilities; a choice of two gourmet restaurants; cocktail bar and lounge; and free membership to the Six Senses Spa and Fitness Club.
