One Thousand Ocean residences opening in Florida

West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, Florida - One Thousand Ocean celebrated its official opening February 17th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and beachfront luncheon.

One Thousand Ocean is the newly constructed landmark condominium located on the tip of a private peninsula in Boca Raton. One Thousand Ocean is a seven-story, contemporary building featuring 52 residences many of which are one of a kind. They include one- and two-story Beach Villas, one-story Residences and Penthouses averaging approximately 4,000 square feet of interior space, plus approximately 1,200 square feet of outdoor space. Prices are from $3 million to more than $15 million. 

More than 50 guests, including Boca Raton Mayor Susan Whelchel and other city officials, joined the building's developer in cutting the ribbon. The first residents have already moved in. Offering residents the ultimate benefits of "hassle-free living," some One Thousand Ocean residences feature private elevators, floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, fireplaces, private plunge pools, outdoor kitchens and individual two-car garages, thereby making the residences "live" like single-family luxury homes. Furthermore, the building provides a 24-hour desk attendant, a concierge and valet parking. Among amenities are an oceanfront pool and sun deck, with a select number of private cabanas; fitness center with a spa treatment suite; yoga and Pilates rooms; lakefront lounge with catering kitchen; conference room; and multi-purpose playroom.
