Liberty National, home of the 2009 Barclays PGA Tour, will be building exclusive residences on the Hudson River with breath-taking views of the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan. Liberty National Golf Club is a country club in Jersey City, New Jersey with a 7,346 yard course designed by Robert E. Cupp and Tom Kite. The club cost over $250 million to build, making it one of the most expensive golf courses in history. Liberty National is noted as a unique course because of its proximity to both the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan, as well as the fact it was built on a formerlandfill.
All residences will have direct waterfront views. The approximate size of the homes will be between 2,800-3,300 sq. ft and the prices will range from USD 3,200,000 to USD 4,200,000. There are also duplex models that will offer up to 6,100 sq ft priced at approximately USD 7,500,000. The purchase will include a membership to Liberty National. This will allow the purchaser full rights as a member of the club. The annual dues for the membership are approximately USD 25,000.
