Versace branded Milano Residences luxury residential project is located in Manila’s Makati City finance and shopping district in the Philippines. The 53-floor building will feature 340 residential units ranging from one to three-bedrooms 50 to 300 sq m in size. Homeowners who want their home interiors to be designed by Versace Home, have the option of selecting a package deal while purchasing the unit. Milano Residences offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites. There are also a sky townhouse, penthouses and a loggia.It is scheduled to be completed in 2015. Developed by Century Properties that been developing, managing and marketing residential, corporate and leisure developments in the Philippines since 1983. Century collaborated with interior designers from Versace Homes on the public spaces of the property, the first by the Versace Group in South East Asia. Versace Home has left its mark on several international landmarks like the Damac Tower in Beirut and the Plaza Hotel in New York. The brand is known for its splendid artistry and use of high-quality materials.The project was recently launched in Singapore, where around 30 flats were sold, and is expected to go on sale in Hong Kong this month for an average price of US$3,200 per sq m. Total investment in the project is over US$68.7 million.
