Penthouse by 2B Group in Kiev, Ukraine

Ukrainian studio 2B Group has completely transformed a roof top four bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment. Recently completed, this now 4,000 square foot penthouse is situated on the top of a building in the heart of Kiev, Ukraine. Created with nothing but eco-friendly materials in a 3 level penthouse, the architects steered away from anything that was made of plastic, shiny, artificial or of excessive. They took great precautions when designing the interiors alongside numerous constraints, resulting in a modern day utopia. The development of the general concept, project design, and engineering process until construction took one year. High speed construction process took another year and a half.
