Fleur de Lys mansion in L.A. sells for $102 million
The Fleur de Lys estate - a 50,000-square-foot French-style mansion was purchased for $102 million and the transaction was handled in cash. The home was modeled after Vaux-le-Vicomte, a castle outside of Paris.
The massive estate, situated in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, which together with Beverly Hills and Bel Air form Los Angeles’s Platinum Triangle, was first listed at $125 million in 2007. The property is 4.6 acres and includes 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, two motor courts, a pool/spa complex, a tennis court, formal gardens, a ballroom for 500, a two-story library, a tennis court, a music room, a commercial kitchen, a cutlery room, a staff dining room, staff offices, security center, and a 3,000-square-foot wine cellar and tasting room.
