Börseplatz 1, Residences in Vienna

Börseplatz 1 is directly situated in the city centre of Vienna. The former telegraph building was built in the 1870s and used by the Austrian postal service until 1996.

Historic flair and modern comfort come together at Börseplatz in the generously-proportioned living and working space. The revitalisation will include the creation of 6,600m² of living space, divided into 39 residential units.
