With a prime location directly on the beachfront adjacent to Jumeira Beach Residence, and creating more than 70 brand new Retail, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment outlets, The Beach is about to become the most exciting new destination in Dubai. 

Formed around a pedestrian esplanade that meanders between four distinct plazas and stretching from the existing Sheraton hotel right down to the Hilton Hotel, The Beach will include a dynamic mix of top brands and attractions offering everything from casual eating, signature fine dining, luxury retail and a range of attractions in the exciting entertainment zone language of the architecture transitions from the traditional luxury zone to the exciting entertainment zone at the opposite end keeping an underlying and consistent framework to ensure overall cohesion.

The Beach will present architecture that is both playful and contemporary, drawing influences from the local culture whilst responding to the distinctive beachfront location. Responding to the existing urban language the buildings will cascade towards the beachfront creating shade and relief along the extent of the promenade. Punctuated by the 'Jewel' icon building, each of the plazas will vary in aesthic providing unique and distinct zones which are surrounded by calming water features.
